Tempered Silver chain braclet

This Silver chain braclet is made with sterling silver: 92% silver, 8% copper.

As Silver is a soft material its bendable and weak not very usefull unless made into a solid shape or plate.

So to massively increase the strength of the material the entire braclet has gone tough a uniek process.

I have started out with casting 7 bars of silver, the once that where not perfect had been recast.
Out of those 7 bars of silver a wires has been pressed, every time heating the wire for stress relief to make sure no cracks came into the silver.
At the last pressing the wire where not heated to make them resilliant
4 of those where perfect, those made a total of 7 meter of wire that had been made into rings.

To keep the rings at full strength there where not solderd, what is unheard of as that normaly means that the rings can bend open.

here that is not the case as the rings had been tempert to be resilliant and flexible, still about 50% of the rings did not make it trough the resilliant testing and where not used.

The end result is uniek as the entire braclet is flexible and stil very resilliant, me and a few guys have been testing to try force the braclet rings open with bare hands we all failed only to seethe rings open a tiny bit at full pressure and closing when the full pressure was releast.
